Due to the unpredictable nature of shipping at the moment, we can't guarantee shipping times, but all ready made items are shipped within one week.

RETURNS

Custom orders are final and no refunds will be issued for change of mind.

If you have any issues with your products, however, please contact us so that we can work something out for you. Our products are made from recycled timber and on a very rare occasion there could be imperfections and in this case we will absolutely do everything in our power to have your item repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
